A new illustrated flash fiction, what a way to start each month. From a polar bear sipping cocoa, to a borzoi completing her taxes, to a tiger studying human anatomy in a busy cafe. Each month features an animal woman and her quick, odd story.

The illustrations were originally hand-drawn in ink and pen, then watercolored. 🖌️ A very short fiction (also called, flash fiction) accompanies each illustration. Despite being mere sentences, each is intended to give you a little giggle. A bright spot in your month, but hopefully every week or day.

📅At 8.5 inches wide and 11 inches tall when open (5.5x8.5 when closed), this simple, folded calendar is a nice size to keep on your fridge. 🎂 For an additional $5, you can get a frog stamp on your birthday! Just message me with your birthday so I can stamp it before shipping your calendar.

The animals featured in the calendar include a 🐻‍❄️polar bear for January, 🐘elephants for February, 🐰Irish hares for March, 🐶borzoi for April, 🙊tapir for May (my favorite animal for my birthday month), 🦦small-clawed river otters in June, 🦊red fox in July, 🦝raccoon in August, 🐯tiger in September, 🐸frogs in October, 🦃turkey in November, and 🐧gentoo penguins in December.
